Why does a pre-order take 3 – 6 weeks?
Every box is curated per request, so we take the time to choose each piece for your person rather than pulling a ready-made box off a shelf.
Can I tell you what to include or avoid?
Yes — share their interests, favourite things, allergies or anything to skip, and we'll curate around it.
How does the “Curated for ___” lid work?
Tell us the recipient's name when you pre-order and it fills the blank line inside the lid.
How do I pick a size and color?
Choose Mini, Midi or Ultra and any of our sixteen colors on the pre-order form — or let us choose for you.
